1 General Terms

wj2 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between wj2 and its users. Browsing the platform, creating an account, or using any service means you fully agree to these Terms.

These Terms serve as the primary document, and other platform policies — such as bonus conditions, gaming rules, and support guidelines — are supplementary to this document. In case of any conflict, these Terms take precedence.

wj2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To open an account on wj2, users must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number or email address. Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Opening an account with false information is a violation of the rules and will result in immediate account closure.

2.3 Verification Process

After registration, wj2 may request a national ID card, passport, or other documents at any time for identity verification. Withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Age Restriction

All wj2 services are for persons aged 21 or above only. No one under 21 may register or place bets on the platform. wj2 treats the protection of minors as its highest priority and may request proof of age in cases of doubt.

4 Account Security

4.1 Password Protection

Users bear full responsibility for their login credentials. Passwords must not be shared with anyone else. Use a strong password combining letters, numbers, and special characters.

4.2 Suspicious Activity

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the wj2 support team immediately. wj2 may temporarily lock an account as a protective measure if suspicious activity is detected.

4.3 Third-Party Access

Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. The account holder bears full responsibility for any loss or transactions resulting from such use.

5 Deposit and Withdrawal

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on wj2 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method).

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals can be made through the same methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

5.3 Source of Funds

Users must ensure that deposited funds come from a legitimate source. If a suspicious transaction is detected, wj2 may suspend the relevant account's activity until verification is complete.

5.4 Withdrawal Verification

Withdrawal requests above a certain limit may require additional identity verification. This process is necessary for anti-money laundering purposes.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

wj2 offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; to withdraw the bonus you must place ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets.

6.2 Other Promotional Offers

wj2 runs various promotional offers including a weekly reload reward (50%, up to ৳10,000), a slots festival bonus (30%, up to ৳5,000), and a cricket season offer (40%, up to ৳8,000). Each offer has its own wagering conditions, which are stated in full on the relevant promotion page.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• If the conditions of a bonus offer are not met, the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn.
• Some games may be restricted or excluded from meeting bonus conditions — see the details of each offer.
• If an error is found in the awarding of a bonus, wj2 reserves the right to correct it.
• Bonuses must be used for genuine play only; if a pattern of advantage betting is detected, the bonus may be cancelled.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Validity of Bets

Before placing a bet on wj2, confirm that the relevant game or event is active. wj2 may void bets placed incorrectly due to technical errors.

7.2 Result Determination

In sports betting, results are determined based on the official result of the relevant match. In casino games, results are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and are final.

7.3 Event Cancellation

If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to wj2's own rules. Generally, bets on incomplete events are voided and the original stake is returned.

7.4 VIP Program

Regular players are eligible for wj2's VIP program. There are four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%), and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Cashback applies to weekly net losses.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wj2:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Accessing or attempting to hack another person's account.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Abusing bonuses through match betting or coordinated wagering.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Harassing other users.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may request to close their own account. Contact the support team and the process will be completed. Please withdraw any valid balance before closure.

9.2 Closure or Suspension by wj2

wj2 may close or suspend an account temporarily or permanently due to rule violations, suspicious activity, or failure to complete verification. In cases of serious violations, the balance may be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

wj2 platform services are provided on an "as is" basis. wj2 is not liable for disruptions caused by technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or third parties.

wj2 bears no financial responsibility for the outcome of bets placed at the user's own decision. Gaming is a form of entertainment — no one can guarantee winnings and wj2 makes no such claim.

wj2 ensures the highest level of security, but is not responsible for losses caused by weaknesses in the user's own device or network.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

In brief: wj2 does not sell your data to third parties. Data is used only for operating the service, ensuring security, and meeting legal obligations. All communications are secured using SSL encryption.

12 Changes to Terms and Effectiveness

12.1 Right to Make Changes

wj2 reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

12.2 Effectiveness of Changes

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms. If you object to a change in the Terms, please request account closure.

12.3 Dispute Resolution
